DÉFINITIONS
- Freelancer Launchpad: Société par actions simplifiée, immatriculée au R.C.S. de Bobigny sous le numéro 882 610 223, dont le siège social est situé 7 Place de l’Hôtel de Ville, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois, représentée par Nicolas Fayon.
Elle constitue la société mère du Groupe JUMP, composé de trois filiales : Jump Blue, Jump Green et Jump Realty.
À travers ces entités, le Groupe JUMP accompagne les travailleurs indépendants en les soutenant dans le développement de leur activité, tout en leur offrant un cadre légal et administratif sécurisé. - Jump Portage : représente le groupement des 3 entités Jump Blue, Jump Green et Jump Realty. Il s'agit d'une solution de portage entièrement digitalisée permettant aux utilisateurs d'accéder aux avantages du salariat grâce à la signature d'un CDI avec une des 3 entités du Groupe JUMP.
- Jump Micro : Outil donnant accès aux utilisateurs à un compte pro gratuit, une carte pro et une plateforme pour piloter leur activité. Le but étant de répondre à son besoin de facturer et d'encaisser un chiffre d'affaires.
- Offre : Désigne l’un des services proposés par Jump, à savoir soit Jump Portage, soit Jump Micro.
- Utilisateur : Désigne toute personne utilisant les services de Jump, à savoir les prospects, salariés ou clients de Jump Portage ou Jump Micro.
- Prospect utilisateur du site : Désigne les personnes qui utilisent le site avant de souscrire une offre proposée par JUMP ;
- Salarié : Désigne les personnes ayant choisi l'outil Jump Portage et signé un CDI avec une des 3 entités du Groupe JUMP acquérant ainsi la qualité d’Entrepreneur-salarié / Salarié porté.
- Client Jump Portage : Désigne les personnes ayant souscrit à l'offre Jump Portage ;
- Client Jump Micro : Désigne les personnes ayant souscrit à l'offre Jump Micro.
- Clients finaux des utilisateurs : Désignent les entreprises clientes auprès desquelles un Client ou un Salarié de Jump réalise une mission.
- Responsable de traitement : Désigne la personne morale ou physique qui détermine les finalités et les moyens d’un traitement.
- Sous-traitant : Désigne la personne physique ou morale qui traite des données pour le compte du responsable de traitement, dans le cadre d’un service ou d’une prestation.

- When creating a JUMP account as a website prospect;
- When subscribing to one of our services.
Personal data refers to any information that makes it possible to identify a User.
